GOTDEAL IS RELIABLE?

We distribute consumer electronics since 2011 , registered in KVK Chamber of Commerce and at dutch Tax Agency Belastingdienst as import export wholesaler and B2C – Business - to – consumer.

Are the products available in stock? All the goods showed on the webshop are available, in stock, ready to ship.

ORDERING, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Do you have questions about a product?

We’re happy to help! Please contact us via our chat or by email to klantenservice@gotdeal.nl. We are available on working days between 09:00 – 17:00.

What is the delivery time of your products?

Orders placed on working days before 4 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Orders on weekends or national holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Under normal circumstances, the order will be delivered to the desired delivery address within 24 hours , excluding courier’s  mishaps – courier’s  working overload period  , weekends or public holidays.

Do you deliver with PostNL?

Yes, we send your order by PostNL.

Can I pay later?

Yes, you can. The customer can choose to pay later or even split the amount, using Klarna or IN3.

You also have the standard payment methods, via Paypal, credit cards and direct payments.

The order is not completed until this is successfully completed.

I did not receive a confirmation email; was my order successful?

If you ordered more than 45 minutes ago and did not receive a confirmation (check the spam) and there is also nothing in your account, please, contact our customer service. This can be done via live chat or by email to klantenservice@gotdeal.nl We can be reached on working days between 09:00-17:00.

What is the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation from our ordering system after completing your order. Once the package is packed and shipped, you will receive a track and trace link via PostNL by email.

Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands?

If you want an order to be delivered outside the Netherlands or Belgium, but within Europe, please contact our customer service via klantenservice@gotdeal.nl. We are available on working days from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We do not deliver outside Europe.

Will I receive an invoice with VAT stated separately?

The VAT is stated separately on the invoice. In the webshop the prices are displayed including VAT. In the shopping cart, the price is displayed including and excluding VAT.

Can I also receive a digital invoice?

The invoice will be sent automatically via mail after 15 days of the purchase.

May I pay excl Vat or ask a refund?

The Webshop is a B2C, then every customer inside or outside Netherlands will pay Vat incl. , without exception, Vat owners included. Depending on the reasons, you may ask the refund or by the Tax office of your country, or by www.Belastingdienst.nl

Can I pick up my order myself?

The pick-up service is not available.  GotDeal.nl is a certified webshop and not a physical store.

RETURNS

Can I return the item(s) I ordered?

You can return your order provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt . The legal warranty follows other steps : you may read all the details at Warranty and Returns or kindly contact our customer service at klantenservice@gotdeal.nl.

Where can I find the return form?

The return form can be found on the page Warranty e Returns.

The articles are damaged. What should I do?

This is not the intention. If a product is broken upon receipt, please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on the complaint, we will look for an appropriate solution. Send an email with order number, complaint description and photos to our customer service via klantenservice@gotdeal.nl. They will contact you.

Do I have to register my return online?

No, the return must be notified by email to klantenservice@gotdeal.nl and await return shipping instructions.

How quickly is a return processed?

After we receive and check your return, we will transfer the return amount to you, everything will be communicated step by step via email. We will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after revocation. We will refund using the same means of payment you used to pay, unless otherwise agreed.
